It scared the crud out of me!! I didnt squeal though!! bawhhahahhaha I wouldnt touch it took it out the woods and dumped it!!! was watching the whole time to be sure it was a floater and not gonna GET ME!! ha ha ha

I think mice are cute... If I wasnt worried about infection from bites, I'd pickem up....

This is horrible! (Nothing to do with chickens BUT) one of the girls in my daughters class got sent home from school for Lice! Argghhhhh! Do we think a DE dust bath will work as well on a 4 y.o. As it does on chickens?

Sally, does your family eat any of your eggs? You must have a whole different flock for eating eggs.

actually I screwed up and set up the layer pen so I could sell their eggs too, and we have to buy eggs!!!!!!
I cant eat mine when I can sell them for a lot more than buying eggs no can I? although I hear complaining enough cause they want to eat the pretty blue green and dark marans eggs too!!

Ohhhh goood I get to go through this thread and try to find the link that Sally sent me to do the membership list. LOL ohhh and read back to see what everyone is doing. LOL Why ohhhh why did I leave for a few days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love gerbils... They are tickly when they run up your pants though.... :/

Snakes are OK, but wouldnt wanna keep one as a pet. I have a pair under the coop, and I'll letum stay... Sure wouldnt keep it in the house though!

Can't help it, when yer sittin on the floor they just see a giant fold of fabric and run in! Nots a big deal, but it does make em hard to catch... You never know where they will be next. I have ended up with one on my head a few times.
