clueless but I'm still new to this, I really hope that one of my birds will eventually be brood so that I don't keep killing eggs, luckily it hasn't cost me a penny for the eggs though

No idea, still better than my last attempts where I cooked them all, like 6 dozen eggs because of ignorance, out of those 6 dozen I hatched 1 very pretty rooster

Temp was perfect except the one day we lost power, maybe for 3 hours, don't know what it got down to it was back on before I got home

Humidity was 30-40% until lockdown when I brought it up to 65-70 and it seemed to stay pretty consistent

This info was from my eggtopsies, can't be 100% sure on swings because I'm gone for 12 hours sometimes more depending on the day

You should get a thermo/hygro combo that records high/low for 24 hr period. Cheap enough and can be bought at wally world...........or the interweb.

All the eggs come from the same breeder?

@mlm Mike I redid the math and that nanny should be due May 30-June 29. The lady said she was bred in January, but couldn't remember the date. But she had only calculated 120 days gestation.

So I have a whole month to learn everything there is to know.

no, some from my neighbor and some from napa, the ones from napa (he works at napa) some had dates on them and many were like 10 days old when I set them others 7 so I know that has a lot to do with the early quitters, I'd have to look at my excel sheet but only 1 from napa hatched, the silkie with huge vault that needs help. I think when I helped the silkie it harmed others but I mostly wanted the silkie so I was ok with that
