what you do to it?

What haven't I done to it is a better question. In 6th grade one night when sleeping I fell out of my bunk bed, put my arm out to brace myself and broke my arm and collar bone, and messed up my shoulder. Than a couple years ago I took a swan dive out of my tree stand one chilly morning and landed on it from 20 ft up and partially separated it that time. So now it bothers me on occasion.
