I'm getting eggs, not lings. I refuse to go into TSC or suchlike places until June.

I'm around eggs all day every day and I still drop a few. Accidents happen.

Too bad!

I'm being good, because I'm gonna kick myself if I buy them and then can't hatch them. If I completely and utterly fail, then I will get them from the store........

If you buy them than why couldn't you hatch them? You are a hatcher extraordinaire aren't you?

Really? I use a 210 Lumen LED headlamp I bought from walmart for about $20 and it works great on them. I taped a 5" (or so) piece of styrofoam pipe insulation to it so the eggs have something soft thats rests on them and it works like a charm. Was even able to detect veining in a Marans egg with it.

Maybe my eyes are too old?
