We have babies

5 eggs made it and 4 were hatched that I could see. Took most of the day to determine that the 3 CCL eggs hatched - had to wait until we could see 3 little chipmunk heads poking out from under the broody to be sure

I hope you can get some pics of the chicks with the hen.

I just found a way to narrow it down a bit. Down at the bottom of the page there is a search this forum link, and it opens up an advanced search. I'm typed in my state abbreviation, and it narrowed it down a bit. Yippee!

Some more action... #3 needed a little help as it was packed in there like a sardine. #1 is also. I wish I had let them loose more moisture. I was trying so hard to keep loss around 15% when they really should have lost more than that. I think the humidity here is double strength. #2, the first one out was pretty crusty and wasn't fluffing up so she got a little bath. She was so sweet all snuggled in her towel.
