sprouts for pullets

I bought a top to germinate some sprouts for my pullets. Does anyone have a premade mix they can recommend? (that i can pick up locally usually..)
i have a bad of chicks mix from TS from this summer. Will this do for sprouting?
or should I pick up something else?

You can sprout almost any kinds of seeds. Chick’s Mix is good. You can mix your own with barley, sunflower seeds, peas, alfalfa, lentils, wheat, millet, even pumpkin.
There are sites online with instructions on how to proceed. Just google “growing sprouts”.
They are good for us humans too!

i've grown microgreens before for myself, but was unsure of the chick mix's content if it was OK to sprout. No idea why i am so worried about sprouted vs non sprouted seeds - it feels like when my own living human kids were toddlers when i was unsure of everything. haha!
