Spruce Tree?

No. They are mallards, much to my chagrin. I thought they were Rouens. They fly.

Thanks to all for the replies. This is easily a 40 foot spruce, so I don’t think they will chew it down any time soon.

Don't under estimate the humble duck!
They might poop it to death if they don't like it.
