I'd check him over real good for pests, hopefully you have him quarantined.
Any communication with the seller, or just chalking it up to a hard lesson?

I had them quarantined for about a week. I got him and his lady friend. She doesn't appear to be as old as he is. I gave the hen a bath. Neither of them appear to have any pest. I'm chalking it up to a hard lesson learned. I would contact her, but it would probably be more lies and I absolutely adore them.
