Spurs: yes; Crowing: no; Mounting hens: no

It's an EE - but is it definitely a roo? Is the presence of spurs 100% tell-tale of a roo? This thing has never crowed like a roo, does not mount hens, I have no fertilized eggs...
 
I have a spurred hen- she's a Silver Pheonix. She's one of my best layers and don't take no.crap off nobody! Yes, post a pic!
 
it could be a hen, I have one with 4 inch spurs and all her female offspring gets them as well. Do you have another roo? if so the other one might be the dominate roo so this one won't crow or mate
