I know it's recommended to have 4 sq feet in the coop and 10 in the run. Does this apply to chicks and juvenile birds or full grown? If it doesn't apply to juveniles what would the recommendation be until they're ready to integrate with full grown hens?

Depending on the breed, (bantams needing less, brahmas needing more) about 2.5. They could be big enough to integrate as early as 8 weeks, though.
