Squash bugs in my garden

I usually have 4 or 5 gardens. The largest two are 100 x 250 with a few smaller ones dedicated to maters and peppers. Keeping certain plants close keeps the deer out of them until the Does feel its safe to bring the fawns in then its a free for all. I have 8 acres or so planted in the highest quality forage for deer, turkey and grouse but they still want my garden LOL!

The insects are always a probem, we are in the mountains and we get flat overrun. Im no greenie weenie but always try to stay away from pesticides but sometimes sevins dust has to come to the rescue. The turkeys are doing incredible clearing the bugs out....we do a bug patrol and I havent lost a plant to them yet. The wife even commented on how the bug numbers are way down around the house....the turkeys do a complete circle around the house 4 or 5 times daily. Im sure they will eat squash bugs when they appear (our squash just started here) but I dont believe anything wipes them out shy of a nuclear blast:lol:
