Investigating Squashed badges when viewing profile/other places?

1. Are you on a computer, tablet, phone.
2. Computer.
3. If phone / mobile, which model? If computer, which operating system and version?
4. Ubuntu, 17.4
5. Which browser and version are you using (eg., Chrome 58.0.3029, Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
6. Chrome something. I don't know how to find the version.
7. Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
8. Yes, but this isn't a new issue.
9. Have you tried a different browser?
10. Two different ones---IE and Firefox.
11. What EXACTLY did you do? Document the steps you took before having the problem.
12. When clicking on your profile or a PM or a thread (anywhere the box is) the badges in the box look squashed.
13. Copy/Paste the exact error message you received (screenshots are best).
14. 
15. More information that might help: I have a large monitor so I don't think that's the issue.

No big deal, just kind of odd looking. Feel free to ignore this if you have more important things to do.
