I feel so violated when they do this. There are only about 5 out of 22 that are really bad about it. I just shake their tails a little and they think they got lucky..... Should I just ignore them when they squat or is it ok to give them the satisfaction?

LOL!! I had to laugh when I read this!

We noticed the same thing -- if you grab the base of their tail they squat even lower and one even stomps her feet. When you let go, they shake themselves. My husband said, "I think you just had sex with a chicken." I just about fell down laughing!!!

This has been going on for over two weeks, and we STILL don't have any eggs, though.
