Squatting?

This is Nugget she is about 17 weeks old, I'm pretty new at raising chickens and was wondering if this is considered squatting. Can't wait for that first egg!!

I think so - its hard to tell if her wings are spread a little or against her body. If they are spread a little, I would say yes!

It doesn't look like it to me. They won't just lay there and let you take a pic of them. She looks like she's just relaxing. They take squatting very seriously, and you will know it when you see it.
Start going around, trying to pick one of your chickens up. They will stop dead in their tracks, squat down, flare out their wings a bit, and even stomp their feet real fast on the ground as though they are bracing themselves for someone to jump on their back.
When mine started doing it, and from then on for the duration that I had them, I could just walk out by them, and half of them would immediately stop and squat.
Once your chickens start doing this, you'll enjoy them more, because their easier to catch if you ever want to hold one.
