squeaking and hatching - my very first **heavy pic**

    I'm so very eggcited over this hatch...it's my first and my candling left a little to be desired, so aside from air pocket size, I wasn't sure. Not to mention that some are Marans. I'm hoping for a few healthy little ones.

    Here's the first one pipping and chirping. Everytime he chirps, another one joins in... though muffled cause he's the only one who's broken through so far.

    Excellent! It's day twenty one for me today, too, and I've got 2 out and 1 pipped. Isn't it amazing when the eggs start talking to you/!

    Yes, the talking eggs are really funny. My one little lonely guy is chirping and he can't figure out where the responses are coming from. Here's another photo. He looks good are far as my totally untrained eyes can tell.

    I have 2 orphintons that have hatched and one zipped and almost out and another pip.
    Day 21 here too!
