squeaking and hatching - my very first **heavy pic**

I'm so very eggcited over this hatch...it's my first and my candling left a little to be desired, so aside from air pocket size, I wasn't sure. Not to mention that some are Marans. I'm hoping for a few healthy little ones.

Here's the first one pipping and chirping. Everytime he chirps, another one joins in... though muffled cause he's the only one who's broken through so far.

Yes, the talking eggs are really funny. My one little lonely guy is chirping and he can't figure out where the responses are coming from. Here's another photo. He looks good are far as my totally untrained eyes can tell.
