Bad news...I went to go tag & bag him & he was GONE from where we had put him. We thought he was dead but apparently not or maybe something snatched and ate it? IDK!!!

I must be lucky we have none of those down here. Can you maybe kill all the oak trees where you live? I know it is a stupid idea but we don't have those or squirrels in deep South Texas.

This was a black squirrel native to Iowa, which are illegal to catch or kill but are truly wrecking havoc this year...I will be sure to save, tag and bag him for our local Fish/Wildlife examiner! Freaky!

What exactly did this squirrel do to you to deserve being killed with a fork?

They live in our giant Elm trees, mess with our Silver Maple tree, gardens and ate all the peaches off our peach trees this year.

I wish I could loan you the 2008 version of my cat. He removed a few squirrel tails in Georgia that year. He is still a beast. Not to mention the baby alligator he caught.
