squishy full crop and lethargy

my sweetest chicken Eleanor has something wrong with her and I'm not able to get in and see the vet until Wednesday. She was drinking a lot of water yesterday and her crop looked very full. I thought that was a good thing but all day today she's been wicked lethargic and her crop is super full again I don't know if it emptied this morning. My biggest concern is water belly preventing on the front side of her. I don't even know if that's possible I'm new to owning chickens. ideas help advice anything you have to offer would be great. She's such a good little girl I would hate for this to be serious or get serious idk sos

Update... in xray at vet now.

shes being put down. she has internal congenital issues in her crop and kidneys and she has infections in her lungs and crop. they took an xray and there isnt a surgical fix and she wasnt gonna make it long and definitely the molt coming up would do her in if she did manage to last that long. and she has gas in her gut or even reproductive tract which would be even worse. i havent lost a bird before
