Hi!
This is my first time being a chicken momma and I noticed that my SS (Cardamom) is developing much slower than the other ladies. She still has a lot of her baby feathers after 4.5 weeks. (I got them all at the same time: 2x silver spangled hamburg, rhode island red, 2x black australorp, easter egger, ameraucana). Is this a breed thing or is there something I should be doing to make sure that she is developing properly? (Also, is she a she? -- I did order all females but know that sexing at young ages can be hard to tell). I have also noticed that she tends to keep to herself a bit more than the others. I have included some pictures in case that helps.
Thank you so much and sorry if it is a silly Q! I just want to make sure I am being a good chicken momma.
