Staggered hatching - in dry Southwest environment - Help Please

Hello all and thank you for this community! I'm new to chicken incubating and my first group is now on day 22. The first chick pipped late on day 20 so now has been in the bator close to 48 hours. There are 3 more hatched and dry. I can see several more of the 28 eggs that have pipped. The hatched chicks are quite rambunctious and one has it's foot stuck to a portion of the egg. When it moves about, it pushes the unhatched eggs.

I'm concerned about moving these chicks out because of our dry desert humidity outside the bator. During my practice week with the bator before eggs, I learned what it took to get the humidity up to 60 and how after 30 seconds of opening that it would drop to 5 percent instantly. It took an hour to bring it back up. So my questions are -

How long is too long for the hatched chicks inside the bator?

How much do these rambunctious chicks impact the unhatched eggs?

What actions if any should I take, given the outside humidity - with at least 4 pipped eggs and 20 that I can't see well enough to know. A neighbor has a humidity tent, is that a fair consideration?

Thank you!
Take the chick out. I have had them die at 24 hours.

Don't worry so much about the humidity. It will be fine or at least will not do harm

I have 7 chicks under my broody, 6 were feed store, 1 she hatched, I gave her the babies early because she was wanting to leave her nest, with the unhatched egg in it. I gave her the babies, and she flattened herself over them like a pancake, all day they ran under her wing and danced on her back. I took the unhatched egg and put it in my bra, went in the house, and it stayed there until I heated up the incubator. I also was talking to it. It is now in the incubator almost hatched out.

blue store chick, new yellow chick hatched last night, and chick that hatched yesterday. the others went to broody last night along with the 2 bigger ones, brought 2 back to help the new yellow chick learn the ropes.
