Staggered hatching!

So, I set my very first eggs, Christmas day. A lady gave me some bantam eggs about a week and a half later. They needed to be immediately bator'd. I can't roll them right now, because my Christmas chicks just started hatching! Will the bantams be ok until I am able to roll them? I am using a still-air with water in the bottom canals, so tilting the bator would be difficult.

Hi and Welcome to BYC!

I *think* they should be ok till the other chicks hatch. Dont worry too much....just restrain from opening the incubator 'till all chicks have hatched. Thats the best thing you can do....Unless you have another incubator to put the Batam eggs in, just turn them once the other eggs have hatched.
