Idk if you use Pinterest (clouds is gonna come for me) either but scrolling through looking at character concepts has kickstarted many a writing session

I don't use pinterest, unfortunately - I mean I've VISITED the website but I don't have an account or anything like that... but that is a good idea

I'm stuck in writers block, I've wanted to start writing again for like the past three months but haven't brought myself to actually DO anything, plus I've been struggling through a few weeks of depression... I think I might need someone to whack me with a virtual stick...

If it helps at all I have been/am in a very similar boat.
Have you tried writing about how you're feeling? Doesn't have to be like actual journal type stuff, take whatever you feel and force it onto a character-
My last bit of writing was doing that.

I get distracted easily.

Have you tried writing about how you're feeling? Doesn't have to be like actual journal type stuff, take whatever you feel and force it onto a character-
My last bit of writing was doing that.

This happens a lot actually.
Especially when I'm hungry. Then my character has to be, and I start fantasizing about food in the story lol

That was the ONLY reason I made an account in the FIRST PLACE.

Now I collect quotes, clothing ideas, nightfuries and Shadow the hedgehog pictures

Also I did not find anything I wanted for the 6 people poses so I went and took like a dozen of my OWN and then had to elongate the legs

Usually if I have no inspiration, I ask ChatGPT to do all my work for me find something I just so happen to be passionate about at the time and write about it.
