Staggering Hatches

I didnt think refrigerated eggs could be hatched.
We collected some fresh eggs this past week while hatching out some others and my granchickie had asked me if we could hatch the collected eggs.
Of course since I KNOW EVERYTHING

I said twernt possible......but now I'm curious if we could.

How long or rather, how short of time should the eggs be refrigerated before ya caint do the incubator try?

Uh, I wouldn't try incubating eggs that have been refrigerated if you can help it.

Unless you have a refrigerator that you specially calibrate to stay between 50 and 55 degrees... *blush* We bought a small one at a resale shop for $25

Yes I stuck fertilized eggs in the fridge that we'd normally just eat, got the hatching fever, took them out, laid them on the counter for an hour, stuck them under a broody hen....21 days later I had chicks.
