Staph infection?!?!

So about a week ago I got 2 young peacocks and there are these weird bumps with a black scab looking spot in the middle. I was wondering if this was staph infection or what it might be if it is not.

To me it looks like they are being pecked. Are they kept with other birds? How much room do they have? BluKote spray which is messy and dies the skin dark blue, can be helpful to hide bare spots and red, while it heals. It is also a disinfectant.
