'Star-Egg'?

Hallo all,

does somebody know the English name for this egg form (middle)?




And does somebody know the medical reason?

In german it is called 'Sternei' (means: staregg).

That is helpful - it looks like as slab-sided egg.

In the Middle Ages, these eggs were a sign of God.
Easter 1916 put a hen in Bavaria (Taxa) a Sternei.
At this point, a chapel and later a monastery was built.
