I have two sets of eggs that were due to hatch on May 4th and 5th. 8 Black East Indie eggs that made it to lock down and 12 Welsh Harliquin that I am not sure look remotely ready to hatch even though their weights say they are.

They were going to be named after Star Wars because of the Phrase "May the 4th be with you" and "Revenge of the 5th"

But I have one egg that surprised me today and has already external pipped. :celebrate :wee One other that is peeped at me when I candled this morning. So we are now into a surprise lockdown.

Any one have some fun names that are ducky themed plays on Star Wars names?

I feel like this has been a thread before, I’m having deja vu. I remember last time someone suggested Admiral Quackbar and I almost died laughing 😂

The Star Wars kids now have 5 internal pips on them as of 2 hours ago. With one external pip going on.

Why oh why must ducklings be so slow to hatch that it drives you mad! :fl I am just hoping for no complications with these guys as they are shipped eggs.

Two early birds to the Star Wars day hatch. I have 6 others external pipped and just waiting to break out of their calcium prisons.
