Started my coop today!!

I love those brackets!!! I used some years ago to make a couple work benches. Makes it easier on us ladies.

Gotta love little boys and their trucks. Mine is now 29 (YIKES) and still plays with cars and trucks - rebuilding engines, etc. Reminds me, he hasn't been out to work on his project car in my shop in awhile. ('69 Lemans)

Thanks for sharing the pics and I look forward to seeing more.

Local hardware store...

but, check out www.2x4basics.com

Interesting... For a first timer, that just might work. Did you buy the 7x8 barn shed kit from 2x4basics.com (at a hardware store)... Looks like you've got a little extra sump'n there. Do they sell single brackets?

I bought 2 kits, and got them dirt cheap (like $35 each)

I am using the brackets 'where needed'

I didnt really 'need' to use them, they just make life easier in some spots... I have built a shed with the same style roof, making all my own trusses & bracing, these just looked MUCH easier

Wow, can you get any more? It would be worth the postage!

Marty

Marty - I checked their website and it looks like all of the Lowe's stores in the SLC area carry these, and BMC in Sandy. I'm going to call them or stop by to see what kits they carry (although I'd bet Lowe's would special order any of these for you - and then you wouldn't have to pay postage!). These would make building what I want MUCH easier!
