Starting a Fodder adventure

i keep mine in a dark cabinet i plan on putting them in sunlight on about day 4. to encourage green growth. you can grow sprout fodder at different temps depends on the seed your useing. some are very hardy and can sprout them in very cool weather thats something id have to play around with to have an answer for how low the temp can be. the temp in the area they are kept is around room temp they are in a kitchen cabinet.

These are the ones I started soaking Sunday night then put in trays Monday morning. I think yours might be ahead of mine. I found some lentils on amazon ordered 15 pounds still a little speedy but I would only use a half a cup per tray so won’t be to bad should be here by Monday.
