I've been lucky. I had a friend who was also my competitor at the time but he was nice enough to give me tips and cut me some breaks on stuff. One of my big breaks was when he bought a new Sportsmen incubator he sold me his old one for: $150.

The way you wrote it is sounded like you were paying the full amount on electric in just a 12x12 shed, I was trying to understand how it could cost that much since that small of an area can't support that many birds, and I couldn't understand how 2 incubators could cost that much, which was the way you worded it.

I was comparing your elec. cost to my 3600 square foot house and that 12x12 shed is costing you over twice as much as my whole house, so I think you can see why I was trying to understand those expenses.
