Starting over with day olds

All my chickens got wiped out. I just started over with day olds. Mostly Orientals.

I have Aseel's, Thai Shamo, Malay Shamo, Blk Jap Shamo a couple of red jungles and 3 Fayoumi's.

They are 3 weeks getting feathers a little now. They came from Ideal. I still have a Roundhead roo and neighbor gave me a grey-rh hen. And theres 2 13 week white leghorns from a feed store.

Who has any adult Orientals or chicks I can get, I am Cali must be able too ship.

I have a white pit bull somebody fought and dumped. and a white boxer somebody dumped.

Hello! Welcome to BYC!

I too just recently restarted with day old chicks. We had a bad coon incident last winter, and took a year off of chickens. I am so happy to have them again! they are so entertaining! My chicks will be 3 weeks tommorow.

I have an elderly 12 year old pit bull- her mom was dumped off at my mom's years ago. My girl was the runt of the litter, and I have raised her since she was 5 weeks old. It is so sad that people just abuse them and dump them. After some proper feed and care the mom was a well behaved and loyal thing- although a huge bed hog, she lived to be 14! My girl was raised around all kinds of dogs, kids, and critters and is very sweet. She will even protect the baby chicks until they decide to peck her and then she runs and hides from them.

Just ran into a neighbor that lives about 5 miles further out than me

say he has Ko Shamo's now.
