So... we had some great chickens 2 years ago...but lived in the city. Moved them out to the land (unattended) and the possums, raccoons and foxes had a frickin feast. Now We live out here and have decided to start over. We got 12 unsexed chickens...
I am not sure what breed the dark brown are nor the light brown. Also...I have 3 of the dark brown...can someone suggest if they are male/female... I know the one with the dark red comb and beginning wattle is a rooster. He roams the perimeter of the run and looks up at me. Can someone please shed some light. They are all approx 6-7 weeks old.
