Starting to think this egg is a double yolker.. Great.

Ducks hatch very VERY slowly, they normally do not pip and hatch on the same day. That image looks like the duckling hadn't turned completely yet to hatch. Take the others out, put them in the brooder and put that egg back.he needs more time. Ducklings rest often and for long periods of time while going through the hatch process. If you are new to hatching, be patient (I know it's hard) and let them get situated.

The more a duckling moves and works at hatching the more of the yolk they absorb, and this is also when the blood vessels begin to absorb and dry up. These are all stages in the hatching process.

He hactched! I walked away and left him for about a half hour and BAM he hatched

He is a beautiful rouen. So far I have one Cayouga one Rouen and some other breed *still trying to find out which one he is*
