Starting to wonder about my EE pullet, am I seeing saddle feathers, or just paranoid?

My EE pullet? is about 9 to 10 weeks. I'm starting to think she may actually be a cockerel. What do you all think? No crowing, but she/he pulls on the other girls feathers a lot.

I don't think they'll mind. I got them from The Poultry Palace in Placerville. They guarantee their pullets, and will do an exchange if they're wrong. I just not sure what will happen to him then, but I am not allowed roos here, so I have no choice. Maybe his good looks will entice one of them to take him home. I totally get that you've got all you need, just thought I'd throw it out there.
