I need a new bed. I wake up at least three days a week with back pain so intense I can't stand up until I roll out of bed on to the floor and stretch

That stinks :/ I have the same problem, I think I have back problems but my mom doesn't believe me.

Does it seem to get worst the hotter that you are? I've found sleeping with a window cracked keeps my room cool enough and my muscles relax more.

Yes, I can't open the window cause my cousin sleeps in the same room as me and she yells at me.

I live like an hour away from my grandparents so I only see them once a month or maybe even every other month.....
