No, we haven't had the chance to build their coop yet. When we moved we only had time to build a temporary structure in the corner of the garage. We have to wait until Spring when the snow melts before we can build their coop.

The temporary structure they are in now is almost the same size as the coop they had before we moved. It just doesn't have a run. (not that they would go outside in this weather even if it did....

)

They are probably a bit stressed about moving and the lack of space, then. They may not would have wanted to go out into the run, but it may be stressful for them to know they're stuck in a small area. Depending on your property size, you could start building a chicken tractor inside your garage. Just a thought, though.
