Kelly, I have Meyer Lemon Marmalade on the stove! It's a recipe that has the lemons cut up and put in a non-reactive pot, water added and the seeds tied in a cheesecloth bag. That sits at room temperature for 24 hours. Then you boil it for 20 minutes, remove the seed pouch and boil until it reduces to four cups. Then you add the sugar, cook some more and jar it. The house smells divine!
That sounds heavenly! I love orange marmalade and anything lemon. It's so refreshing, like summer lemonade. Mayfield Ice Cream had a limited edition of Lemon Meringue Pie one summer and haven't had it since. It was wonderful.
