Stella's Social Club

We've been in the mid 80's to upper 80's with humidity to match. We've had lots of flooding, some township road bridges are still out. Our yard is landscaped to route water in a little stream away from the house and out to the little gully in the pasture to a little creek. Lately the little stream has been a raging river and became wide enough and powerful enough to wash away the pad my main coop sits on. Thankfully I was able to get it fix before the coop tipped. Our fireworks are on July 5th, hopefully the fairgrounds will be dried out enough by then, not that we will go, but we can hear and see some from our house.

Pretty quail eggs Mike! Where do you house the quail?
The quail are housed in what we call "The Barbie Dream Coop", we put a wire bottom on it, and put it on cinder blocks. (Ignore the peafowl droppings on the roof, sometimes they roost above it).

Pretty eggs are you going to incubate any ?

Eventually, when the eggs are normal size, and we've had a few quail meals to make a little room.
