Awe sweet chicks!

On Lydia- she got a microphone for Christmas that sings Let it Go. She LOVES it. She found that non-singing microphone in the dress up box and put on a show for me! She is so funny about her hair. It is so fine and thin it is hard to do things with it- but she begs every day for "lots of braids!" If I tell her I will do two she will insist, "No, I need lots of braids!" If I do two and tell her she has lots of braids, she is satisfied! Silly girl! Now, my 7yo DD has luxurious, THICK THICK hair- and she prefers to wear it down.

It is a rare occasion when I convince her to let me do it up cute!

I can send you a picture of my bedroom for the To Do one- my BF (aka the Red Tornado) left yesterday for a job in Minneapolis, and it looks like a bomb went off, all the clothes he didn't take with him are scattered all over the floor. Definately got to do something about that.

I've had sick kids all. night. long. So between cleaning up after them and running load after load of laundry I took the time to edit a bunch of photos that have been sitting around for at least a month waiting. Here are some of my favorites:

Love the birds. Sorry about the sick kids. I used to work at the elementary school and I was always getting sick from being around all the sick kids. I have six sisters and if one of us got sick my mother would still make us sleep next to them so we would all get it at once and get it over with! How sick is that! Hopefully they start feeling better soon. Stay sane. At least the sheets are washed!

My big sick one is finally feeling better. He must be, because he is moving his drum set up from the basement to the master bedroom which is very close to the little room I am sleeping in.

I am driving down to Sacramento this morning and picking up my granddaughter Emily. I haven't seen her for a while and I have missed her. She is going to help me tackle a few projects around here. We always make a couple of Goodwill runs when she comes to help so that is good.

I have two Icelandics pipped. One may need assistance because it knocked out a big round hole whole and the membrane dried out overnight when the humidifier ran out of water. I will leave it for a bit because its beak is out.
