Now I want some chocolate.

Just finished dinner. It was sooooo good! Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, red potatoes, and Irish soda bread. Cooked to perfection, if I do say so myself! My mom used to boil the hell out of it until everything was the same color. I cook the brisket in the slow cooker until tender and finish it in the oven. Then I cook the veggies in the liquid the meat cooked in just until al dente. I don't cook the cabbage more than about 5-7 minutes. Now I need a nap on the couch!

I am making corned beef hash and eggs for breakfast.

Michael has to get up early because we are having new glass put in the master bedroom windows. Four of them have broken seals between the dual panes and it is really obvious when the sun shines through.

I had all the little stuff fixed from the pest inspection on Friday so now I have a clear pest! Yippee.

Now all we need is a buyer. The couple from San Francisco loved everything about the house except it wasn't private enough for them.

Here's the virtual tour. I can't believe some of the pictures in here, like the one with the toilet lid up! That is from before we bought the house. And the one with the junk in the basement, yikes! Anyway, Diana looks cute!

I re-named them since it came out more cake like. Still want one?
Yep!
