BTW Kelly I forgot to mention the parchment paper in the bottom. Hope you didn't eat it.

No, I didn't eat the parchment paper. That reminds me, I still have brownies hidden in the cabinet. I was up at 4:45AM yesterday and didn't get home until 6:30PM. A fun, but VERY long day.

Now you tell Kelly . My mom made a cake once and had lined the pan with wax paper. Only thing was when she tried to get the wax paper off, it wouldn't budge. She just served it to us without explanation. I can tell you baked wax paper is a little crunchy like nuts. Nobody said anything, and no one died, so all was good.

Its National Strawberry Day so...............

Ooooooh, I love scones and strawberries.

We went to a crab feed benefit, and they had the cutest scone pan. I got outbid on it, but I'm going to have to search for that pan. It was like a pie plate, but divided into scone shapes.

Its National Strawberry Day so...............

I have a package of scone mix can I add strawberries? Frozen? Thawed? What about other berries, I've got frozen.

I bought to packages at the market yesterday for $1 each. They had to be cut and frozen right away which is why they were so cheap.
