Love the picture! By the way, I am in need of a new camera. I love the one I have, but it is worn out. Should I get a new one (the same one) or a different model? What do you recommend?

I said I loved the pantry door! Way back when you first posted the pic! Old doors are my thing. I think it's going to be great.
I think my door thing dates back to my childhood when we lived in an old Victorian farmhouse with 10 foot ceilings and massive thick doors for every room. I grew up there but at the end of the '60's we had to move because the property was sold - to a developer, who promptly took out all those beautiful doors, piled them up and burned them! That was the era when everything old was bad and crappy "modern" was in. Later in life, I worked for a man who collected pieces of old houses and barns - he called them "artifacts" - and would use them to create gorgeous new houses that looked like they were 200 years old.

I'm dead serious. You throw it and you will kill someone. That is if you can heft it enough to throw it. It's the most uncomfortable thing ever!

I'm still laughing! Which is a good thing because I've been suffering with terrible back/pelvic pain all weekend. Naturally - it has to be on the weekend when these things hit. After a really uncomfortable night, this AM I was seriously considering telling my agoraphobic husband that he has to drive me to the ER. But since I don't do the ER unless I'm 3/4 dead, I'm trying to hold on til tomorrow and go to the dr. No idea what's causing this.Keep me laughing, guys!![]()

Ditto!
Kathy, you will not be sorry you got the real down comforter - they are much warmer, cozier and lighter than the fake stuff. X3 on the chenille robe.
