Incidentally, I think Tucker wants his own social club

I am freaking out. We opened the front door to take Tucker out for a potty trip. There was a raccoon on the porch and Tucker took off after it. They tangled out of sight in front of the garage. Lots of yelping and crying then Tucker ran back to us. He is really scared but we can't find any obvious injury. The vet says he need a rabies booster tonight in case he was scratched or bitten so Michael is taking him in now. The wait is up to 2 hours tonight and I am commmmitedd to something with my sister at 5:00 a.m.tomorrow.

As a side note, Tucker has been a little under the weather for a couple of days so I am glad he is being seen. I am going to stay home and clean up the pee all over the floors. He was running and peeing all over.

I am slow heading out to check the coop now This freakin' hawk kept me worried all day! He hung out by the coop and in a tree over the coop all morning.

Geez Mary, that would have scared the freaking life out of me. Raccoons are experienced dirty,fighters. I hope Tucker will be okay. Was he peeing all over before the raccoon chase?

I hope you can get some electrified fencing around your coops to fry some raccoon. Some folks say they are tasty. I'm not one of them.
