How is Tucker doing? Is he still losing weight?

He seems better now. Won't know on the weight until we get to the regular vet. We are spacing his eating out to four tiny meals during the day. The vet says terriers sometimes eat too much too fast and then they vomit. That is very true of Tucker. He seems to be doing well on the new plan and does not seem famished all day either. We'll see. Thanks for caring about him.

Love the snow pics Mike! I don't know if I would prefer going up that hill or down! Probably neither. I would sit by the fire and wait for Michael to go get stuff for me. Would be a heck of a diet plan!

My sister has a JackRussell x Cattle dog ( I doubt it) mix and he has problems with eating too fast. She bought a special bowl that makes it harder to eat but, he still seems to just inhale it all. If she finds something that works, I might try it for myself.

This is a shot I took when I went out with my sister on Saturday. We were in Volcano. CA, up in Amador County gold country.

This is my artistic interpretation of the scene.

I have only found the bowls for slowing dogs down that work with dry food. Since he eats under our feet we are just giving him an ounce at a time then he sits patiently and waits.

Cutest boy!

Did you ever try those Kong things that you put food in and they have to work to get it out - it slows them down and gives them something to do for awhile.
