No. There are a lot of people that fall from the Foresthill bridge, mostly suicides. They had to put up a fence to keep people from jumping, but they still find a way. (there have been problems with bungee jumpers too) The lady that fell on Wednesday, got through/around a locked gate on the catwalk under the bridge to get a selfie. She fell 60 or so feet (maybe more) but lucky for her, landed on the trail below and survived. I don't know how badly she is hurt, but her friends called for help. Most people don't make it off that bridge. It's 730 feet off the river. Soon, we will be hearing about all the people drowning, when the weather warms up. The American River is not one to mess around in.

yikes, that's not very good! I never love super high bridges...
No high bridges. Not for me. I get shaky going over short, foot bridges.
