How were the gumdrops?

Good! Not real hot since they were cooked too long. I am going to send some to my grandson in Palm Springs and offer him $10 if he can guess the "secret" ingredient. He's a 13.9 year old foodie. I always play "WILL YOU EAT THAT FOR $5.00" with him. It is amazing what I have gotten him to eat.

Sounds good - looks good but, I can't handle spicy (even minor spicy) with acid reflux etc. But I know spicy, hot, hot,hot foods are in, I'm sure Mary's new creations are cutting edge. And yes, the other person's photo honestly looks like when you scrape the dish of leftovers into the trash. I mean it's just lumped on a dish - no eye appeal what so ever., just a sad mound of chicken.

Gotta love BYC, everytime something new is added, something old disappears. I had my 4 yr.award yesterday and my BYCfriend award - just now I see I got the BYC greeter award and in doing so, they took away the first two. Oh well......

Thanks for noticing. We are really pleased with the way they have slimmed down. Luckily our excellent farrier noticed the fat pads on their necks and warned us about founder. They have been limited to whatever they can find in the pasture and a couple of carrots a day. Now that everything is so dry I am giving them a handfulof pasture grass in th morning as well.

Congrats Diva! You are the most valuable chicken lady on BYC who doesn't have chickens. Your kitchen probably has a chicken theme, right? Doesn't everyone's? I really have to curb the desire to buy every chicken related item I see. I don't want one of those houses they visit during the local morning news show because they have the biggest collection of something ever.

Anyway, hopefully you'll get your badges back. If not, we will shun Kelly until she gets it fixed.
