turns out i had some pie yesterday and didn't even know it was "national pie day".... i was in a hurry after getting the flock NPIP tested so i stopped at the neighborhood store that sell all kinds of cajun goodness and got a crawfish pie. for those that have know idea what that is...its like a turn-over or empenada (spelling?). was the first time i had tried one but it won't be the last!
