No, their markings are still pretty clear. The British cull them because they are not Cream Legbars. I would see them as a color variety within the breed, perhaps White Legbars. It's not different than people culling/selling any color that don't want to work with, such as splashes produced from their blue stock.
It will be interesting to see what these two wind up being. My guess is that they are some level of auto sexing by color but not much more than 50% while regular CLs are closer to 95%. There is a color difference with the ones in the picture so there could easily be a male and a female.

Even auto sexing breeds like the Crele Penedesenca are not completely 100%. These wound up being 2 Cockerels and 2 pullets.

Beautiful, but brrrrr, brrrrrrrr, brrrrrrrrrr. Keep that nasty stuff to yourself!

A few years ago, I was living further up the hill (3400 ft as opposed to my current 1200). When I'd wake up in the morning with that all too familiar silence and glow, my first thought without even looking out the window was........."Oh great, another f..........g winter wonderland". My son had moved out at that point, so I got to do all the shoveling. Somehow I never could convince him to drive up and shovel for me.

strange. Did any of the hen looking ones have greyer wings? I am guessing the one on the right.
Now I wonder if this is from one of the hens I got from penny.
you can breed in partridge to make crele. All my hens are Crele but if it is only 2 generations removed you may still get some off chicks or single barred roosters. I had one that Deb had hatched that was darker that turned out to be a rooster. he turned out to be Crele patterned though so

That is me. we are at 3395 here as well. Besides a few weeks back when we had 12" we have had it snow 4 times since we moved here but only about a inch to 2 1/2" at any given time.

Jason, one of my first winters up there was a bad one. The snow came halfway up my thigh and the power was out for three days. I thought I was going to freeze to death.

Central propane heat with electronic ignition - no elec = no heat
Pellet stove - no elec = no heat
Fireplace insert with blower - no elect = extremely little heat (one small log at a time in a two story house). Even then I had to shovel my way out to the shed to get firewood, of coure the huge door opened OUT, more shoveling.
Also, lots of window and no curtains. I swear, I was nailing blankets over the glass even if they were double paned. I figured I could always spackle and paint later if I lived, LOL

Believe me, I now own a generator! Although I bought it down here for that big storm from a few years ago. Our power was out for days, I needed to keep my frogs warm and have a place to plug in the coffeemaker. We have a killer woodstove here, I can get it so hot you have to open the doors/windows.

I love to look at snow through a window, from a warm room, IF I don't have to go outside in it for ANY reason. I'm always freezing, DH is wearing shorts all the time because I keep the house so warm, I have on a sweatshirt and socks inside my slippers.

Product review, Mary?
Hmmm, wonder what the learning curve was. How many dozen eggs would you have to crack before you had mastered your $20 (+ S/H?) device. Can't say I've EVER broken my egg all over the counter or stovetop.

But I can tell you, if there was a device that peeled hard boiled eggs like that, I'd pay double! But I somehow doubt the veracity of the demo...........

Guess I'm just a skeptic, after all, I did see it with my own eyes!

Let me see.......................how much of a klutz do you have to be to not be able to open an egg?????????????

I can see people buying these and sending them to the land of unused kitchen cr@p.
