HI guys. Just wanted to tell you that the struggle is not over. I just received a copy of a letter from the rescue's attorney demanding again the return of Tucker by the end of the week. It contains their version of the events and most of it is false. I do not understand why they are doing this. It really isn't about what is best for the dog, it is about egos. Tucker is so happy here and he is loved beyond measure. We are kind people who would never hurt or neglect any animal, especially little Tucker. They need to stop this and move on to all the other animals who need good homes. Tucker has one.

Thanks, the color of CL eggs is just striking. I got hooked in. We had gone to Mary's to pick up Isbar eggs that I bought on an auction. She took me around to see her birds. I'm a sucker for crele patterns. Then I saw the carton full of eggs she was saving for an order. All the way home we (I) talked about the color of those eggs. A few days later I wrote and told her I needed some of them as well. When I picked them up, I just stared at them all the way home (guess I should have been watching the road

) The color just makes you feel good looking at them. I was so thrilled when my girls grew up and started to lay.

I will eat dark chocolate when there ain't any milk chocolate around. However, last Sunday, at a winery, I was given a piece of dark chocolate and then half a glass of this killer 2005 wine. It was bliss. That is the exception to the rule.

It took two days to finish off the whole 8-pack of chocolate silk - the first four as soon as I got home and "put away" the groceries, and the last four the next day. This was late last week, my last trip to the store.
