As we all know, life saving procedures include First Aid, CPR, Heimlich Maneuver, and O'Brien Hair Dryer Technique. I wonder how often people have to use these. I mean, what percent of Americans have used any of these procedures?

I have used CPR x 3, and First Aid a few times. Today my first O'Brien Hair Dryer Technique saved a life! I unplugged my HovaBators this morning. Then, at about 4PM I heard chirping! YIKES! Poor thing was ice cold, too!. I got it out of the shell and went to work!

I've used the Heimlich Maneuver once. I was with my oldest son at a Boy Scout camp out. He choked on a piece of bacon. A couple of coughs from him, then nothing, just his face turning bright red. All the other boy scouts just stood there looking at him. I got behind him and used the heimlich maneuver and thankfully it came out.

No, I did not video record the event. It was 4PM, and I still had to get ready for work! I knew I would be late as it was. I leave for work at 6 and still had to shower and get my lunch made, etc.
