I picked up some U of A blues from Ron today. I did not get a photo but here are my black penedesenca chicks I got

No thank you! turkeys are sweet but they won't go in at night making them just a meal for a raccoon.

I just checked the brooder which has held solid at 60% humidity with the pump going. I have four chicks hatched. Three have the wheaton coloring and the fourth is more Ameraucana looking. Three more are pipped. Four others have done nothing but I think I hear sounds inside 2 like they are trying to pip. Absolutely impossible to candle they are so dark.

Here are my eight olive eggers. Three more haven't pipped yet. Hatch day was yesterday. Great stats for shipped eggs! I'll give the stragglers another day or two then toss them. I sure can't candle them.
